International

We use Australia Post Express International (EMS) for international deliveries. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination.

For customers in New Zealand, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, South Korea, and Taiwan, we offer free shipping on orders over AUD 99.00 (Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes). We charge AUD 25.00 for orders under AUD 99.00.

For other regions, the shipping fees are as follows:

Asia, Oceania, and Mexico → AUD 25.00
Europe → AUD 25.00
South America and the Middle East → AUD 35.00
All other regions → AUD 65.00

Note for U.S. Customers: Due to new U.S. customs tariff regulations, we are now required to prepay import duties before products arrive in the United States. As a result, a tariff and customs clearance fee will be added to your order at checkout for all U.S. orders. This ensures that you will not incur any additional taxes or tariffs upon delivery.

- Visit Australia Post Tracking and enter your tracking number.
Check your local post office
- If you were not home at the time of delivery, a card may have been left in your mailbox. In some cases, parcels are held at the local post office without prior notification.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Purchase the wrong item or are not happy with our product?

We are happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or in certain cases, a refund.

All items must be returned in new and unused condition within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

Please return items by mail to the address provided upon initiating the return process.

Rest assured, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
